CT has been working very hard on the Yamaha Raptor 660R. and they are proud to announce that their exhaust system has the largest horsepower increase we've ever seen from a bolt-on exhaust. This kit consists of CT pipe and disc type spark arrestor, Pro Design Pro Flow air filter, and jet kit.
We picked up a minimum of 7 horsepower at 3000 RPM and 32 horsepower at 8500 RPM. This is a must have kit for the Raptor. Stock horsepower is just over 33 horsepower and were hitting almost 50 horsepower with this kit.
We did all of our testing on a California model. The end result is the same. 49 state models have slightly more horsepower stock (rumored to be around 37).
